Topic: high performance cam replacement options cb500k

So I was reading Hondaman's recommendations on getting more power for my 1973 cb500K2. I figure since I have the engine apart I should look at some higher performance options. Hondaman recommends installing a cam with longer duration (more overlap). Doesn't seem like a terribly expensive or complicated option so I'm looking into it.

Anyone have any recommendations?
He recommends the Yoshimura street cam but those aren't available anymore.

Maybe think about a port job and valve polish: that helps a bunch, too! Don't go wild with the cam, because it is a small-bore engine: too much cam will quickly drown it.
