nah, it was a guy called Dave Evans (that right Terry?) - wonder what ever happened to him?

Peter.

Well done Pete! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Speaking of AC-DC, my wife plays drums in a Bon Scott AC-DC cover band.  Hey Terry, two of the band members are from Mill Park!

Is that right mate? Let me know when they're playing, I'd like to check them out? Last time I saw someone singing AC/DC songs live, was Bonny Scott in Sale, in 1975! Cheers, Terry. ;D

Terry - I saw Bon Scott performing live in Adelaide when he was lead singer with the band called Fraternity - I reckon that was 1971 or 72. And the thing I remember most about it was he was as pissed as!! Not that that would be a surprise!  ;)

I use to play Rugby with a mate from down under.  He was often very difficult to understand, especially when he had a few beers in him.  I can still remember him trying to carry on a conversion with a few of us and we had NO idea what he was saying.  We just nodded our heads and toasted each other.  He could charm the pants off of the ladies with his accent, but years later we found that he rather play with sheep.

Terry,

From their page on coverband.com.au:

Livewire (Bon Scott Tribute Show) will rock Casablanca's Tavern (499 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham) like it's never been rocked before. With an aggressive full frontal rock'n'roll assault, all the AC/DC Bon Scott era hits will be played, from High Voltage to Highway To Hell.

She rocks, I play with motorbikes.  It's a good arrangement!
