Free Spirit Fairing.........wow
« on: May 30, 2015, 03:52:12 PM »
I'm not a touring fairing guy, but this one has to take the cake as the absolute ugliest fairing in the history of motorcycles.
It almost appears to be a joke....

It's a pretty looking machine , except for that butt ugly fairing.
How tall do you think the rider would have to be to see over it?
I'm sorry officer,  it's this fairing, it's too high.
No , I didn't see that parked car,
the German Shepard,
 or those two cats,
but I do have a great view of oncoming traffic lights.

It's like when you forget to put your hood pins back in, and the hood folds up on the roof...doesn't take long to learn to drive by mirrors. kinda reminds me of that.
A few Honda 500's, a few Honda 550's, a few Honda 650's, '72 cb 450, a couple 500/550/650 hybrids, and 2001 750.

Come on man, how tall are you?  If you can't see over the handlebars then maybe you shouldn't be on the road.  It just looks tall because of the weird camera lens the person used to take the snapshot.

I'm not saying I like how it looks - I don't.

Thats the stock configuration on all GT550 Suzuki's... ;)

As far as it being a "free spirit" fairing, you'd have to take the bloody fairing off to liberate the spirit, its stuck in there somewhere...!!!   :o

me too...looks better than a Vetter imo and probably had optional lowers that would balance things out a little better
If it works good, it looks good...
