Topic: EBC front rotor for cb750 MD1062LS fitment issue

Hi all,
Quick question hope I can get an answer too.
I bought one of the replacement rotors that ebc sells for the cb750.

I have a cb550 but, i am running a cb750 front caliper setup..so I figured it would work. Well I installed it and everything lined up nice except that the rivets on the rotors just barely hits my brake pads and won't allow it to pass.

Are the cb550 legs shorter or longer than the 750'S? or are they the same?

wanted to check with you all before i decide to return it.

yeah. I'm having the same issue haha.
i spent some time looking into it.

apparently it looks like you have to cut part of the brake pad just enough that it clears the rivets.
