Brand new. When i uncooked hooked the green red from the harness, would that need to be 're grounded (or energized) as a safety switch of any kind?

I don't know a lot about the color codes for the Honda. Just know a bit about wiring and some bikes did have safety switches, E.A it possible that the solenoid only gets power of the bike is in neutral. If it was working and then you plugged it back in to the stock harness that could be it

Cranked it over. No spark. Pulled in clutch lever, no spark. Must've been a switch of some kind! Guessing it needs a ground.

Tried old plugs too. Nothing. Started looking at wires going into coils with test lights...do they ever get constant power? Or only when elec ignition tells it too? Hoping im still just not completing a safety circuit somewhere.

Ok so traced wires from dyna ignition and its been installed exactly as instructed. I am getting no power at black/white wires (supposed to be 12v) would this indicate a safety switch problem? Im still thinking my red/green wire might be to blame

Sometimes a night does wonders. Checked toggle and nothing to black white. Reset connections and worked the toggle switch back and forth a few times and blame. Power to wires and spark like crazy. When the wife and kids get up i will get to start it now with timing set.

I also noticed that the blue wire leading to the coils from the dyna was unplugged...i might be firing on 4 cylinders today!
