Brake light is fine. Sorry for not doing my homework before posting. The Button under the horn does nothing. Is that passing light/high beam?

yeah...just enlarged the pic.  green/yellow is brake light.
did you check both of your brake levers?

Maybe just dirt on wire. May be solid green? maybe verify for sure...

 Button under the horn button is the turn signal beep silencer. 72 bike?  You can use a blade fuse, cb750.com has a single fuse holder, on mine the rubber is so soft it won't hold the fuse properly so it just hangs there hardening while I use a blade fuse.

I think Honda has original fuse holders too. DSS, I'm sure too.
