I think I see the problem Im only counting a 4 bolt circle holding the brake rotor on! Which means that isnt a 750 front wheel.  All 750 wheels have a 6 bolt pattern for the brake rotors and 40 spokes. I think you have a CB350F or CB400F "baby four" front wheel. i would guess the fork spacing / hub is narrower on the 350 / 400 and thats whats causing your problems


Took some more pictures.
Checked the hub, bearings are good.

Wompom luckily it looks like you were wise enough not to - but just in case- don't do what I said to do with that wheel in there!

I cant believe that. It makes more sense that its just the wrong wheel. I was going insane. I guess its time to buy a new wheel.  :-\
