Wait a second....I just reread one of your last posts.
Are you running this bike without the airbox on?

Doood....you've got to do your tests on this bike with EVERY component of the intake and exhaust system in place, EVERY time!

the engine sounds great while running ....only can touch throttle while fluttering choke ..can get as high as maybe 4500rpm...let off choke and it dies ...id have to have six hands to do the vacuum adjustment at this point ...lol....little bit of popping through the carbs...very minimal....do i really need to just throw some huge jets in it err what ?...im clueless at this point wish i had all the parts for the airbox..but dont ....i cant believe that everyone can get these things running and i can not ...feel pretty dumb at this point.. all gaskets are new intake and boots from intake to carb as well...so there is no vacuum leaks...this is amazing ...exhaust is on 4 to 1 mac ...and uni pods are on and oiled ...

no ..will not run for more than a couple secs with out choke on

yes idle screw is engaged...but no matter how much throttle you give it choke needs to be nearly closed ...at this point im still just trying to get it to stay running under normal circumstances ...not happening yet ...so there really isnt any tuning goin on yet ...

Ok...when you say closed....do you mean the 'choke butterflies' are closed, or your choke is in the 'closed' position

Take off one of your pods and see how the choke lever operation relates to the butterfly position.

it has been verified for sure ....butterflies closing all air coming in to stay running ....i am 100pct positive ...just put the carbs back on from off the benchi pretty much now every square inch of thosse things by now ..lol...lots of things getting me nowhrere.. $:-\$

i can try ...key on ..full choke ....and starts first kick and stays running as long as i hold choke closed errr nearly closed ...yes stock pilots 42 and main 105 ....needle stock position....ive tried idle screw at 1.5 and 2.5 ...not much change...is it possible that it could be somthing electrical that i havnt checked ?

Your pilots are too small for the air supplied by your pods...go to your stock airbox or larger pilot jets.

What size pilot should i put in?...how do those come out?..they look pressed in?....how is it that others are able to keep the stock ones with the same set up?

The fact that you don't know how they come out shows me you have not thoroughly cleaned them.

You can't make adjustments on carbs that you know need cleaning.

Ran carb clean and e string through all ...over and over again to make sure all passeges were clear

You're assuming a little wire cleaned them ?

You need to pull out a pilot jet to see how it works.
You'll see how your 'poker' can't clean the it's side holes if they are corroded closed.

They are pull out. Pull straight out with a gentle twist.
Remove your main jets and emulsion tubes as well.

Dirty and clean. Use some 0000 steel wool. Carb cleaner spray them clean.

Those are the pilot jets...these are the main jets mounted to the emulsion tubes.

In the time it took me to post these pictures....I cleaned these. They all came out of the same bag of spares...
