1 and 2 cylinders not firing.

1972 CB750:

I took my carbs apart to clean and try to a new new clip position as I am re tuning after moving to Uni Pods. Now my 1 ad 2 cylinders are not firing. (counting from riders left) Iv got spark from the plugs and gas is flowing into the float bowls. Any one have an idea on what I could double or tripple check?

Any advice welcome!
