Bill, the son of the owner/builder has been a member for a few years but his work takes up a lot of his time.
Here's a link to the few posts he has made.

Isn't this the same Bill Hahn Jr. that announces for the Manufacturers' Cup?
Maybe he would know. I have often wondered about this bike as well.

Quite clever how they used one primary chain to couple the engines and the other to couple the transmission. The cases were bolted together with a tunnel between them. It was used mostly for advertising since they could not put a lot of power through that drive setup using a basically stock transmission. I think it was the first 2 x 4 ever built. The engines were basically 836's with stock carbs. I personally saw this bike run many times. It ran in the mid 9's as I recall and was always straight as an arrow.

For those that do not know, Action Four was a company in CA that made high performance parts.
I have one of their exhausts on my K4.

I got 1st dibs on them if you ever decide to sell them.

Yes, they are.  One muffler's chrome had started to "fade", so I had both mufflers rechromed last year.
Love the sound of them and the motor being an 836 doesn't hurt.
Sorry, no plans to sell.

Yes Keith, it's the same Bill Hahn Jr. I've been friends with Bill and his wife Aubrey since the year the race moved to Bradenton in Florida.
If he can't find and buy the old bike, he'll have a go at building one going off of the pics that are around but being as busy as he is, it could be some time.

It's a pity that Action Fours closed down before the comeback of CB750 interest!
I have 836 pistons and cam from them. Pistons on the shelf in my garage and OK.
The cam is currently in the engine. 40.000kms and no trace of any wear that affect the measured lift.

Action Fours are still trading and can be reached on line but they are nothing to do with Bill or his father who built the bike and sold go faster parts for the CB750. Bill can be reached on Facebook.

I sold my original sandcast K0 in late '71 to an 18-year old neighbor. I was working for a Honda dealer in Southern Cal at the time and thought I would buy a new one..........later got a K3............I sourced an ACTION FOURS 4-1 header and muffler for the neighbor................then in '75 I put one on my K3 and ran it for many years.  I sold it about 5-years ago and it was still serviceable but needed chrome. Somewhere on this sight a copy of the A-4 catalog was posted. I think I have an original from about 1975.

When I built my C.B.R. last year, I shaved the head-fins and my motor guru made a left cover similar to the A-4 design...........

Bill.........on the early heads it was common to remove the 'posts' ...............take a close look at the CR750s prepared by HONDA for the 1970 Daytona............shaved so the fairing would fit.
