Can you identify this front brake bracket?

Hey everyone,   trying to find a little info on this front brake bracket I have. It's from a 1969 cb750 that was set up as a track bike back in the day. 

If you look close it has "CFC" stamped in the casting.     It's the right hand side from a duel disk set up.

Added some photos of the brake rotors that go with it.   Any idea what make they are?  Can't seem to find markings anywhere . . .
