Yeah.I'd have to agree..

Mean and dangerous. If that sort of prank was done in any shop I've worked in (or when in Navy)..they would have fired/seriously disciplined the prankster.  Sorry..but I was trained early-on to put safety first in work environments.

that would happen only once and then I would probably get fired for beating the #$%* out of the idiot that did that to me.i weld on natural gas pipelines that are live

I assumed it was a staged video for YouTube and not something actually pulled. Maybe I was wrong! Either way, all the guys I worked with in industrial knew that if something was deliberately done that would put someone at risk the perp would have had the everloving #*%! kicked out of him before anyone from management could even show up! ::)
