Take those adapter's to a sand foundry and have some sets made up = I'll buy a set in a heart beat !!!!!!!!

Skip that, have them 3D digitally scanned then CNC milled. Far less expensive and far quicker. It would also provide you the option of using alloy or steel (if you had a reason to) as the material.
