Performance Cam for CB650?

Do any of the aftermarket cam manufacturers make higher performance cams for the 1979-1982 CB650???

It seems megacycle no longer make a cb650 cam, I imagine one of their 500/550 cams would probably work seeings though they are interchangeable...

I have a Web 58a in one street job my wife rides. It's a mild improvement, probably like a 650 cam?? Not sure about the 58b, it shows a little more duration and the same lift.

I think with your choice of pistons & compression the Megacycle 12620 will make you smile. That's the one I race with and in the smaller displacement and 29mm carbs it has a weak spot around 6K at WOT. In a larger engine with similar carbs it should work great. Don't even consider the MegaX6.

Ping Mr Rieck for your MegaCycle cam and rockers. I bet the grind on my 500 would be pretty yummy in that motor

Some one did make a hot 550 cam that had 1mm more lift than the 650.  But at the price I wasnt that curious.

I just spoke with Mike.  He echoed Brent and Cal's advice.  Megacycle 126-20 cam and hardweld rockers.  I'm sending them to him early next week.  THANKS, MIKE!!
