Greetings from Fort Wayne, IN
« on: July 18, 2015, 07:02:38 AM »
Hello everyone! Been a long time lurker on the site for more than three years. It has been a fantastic resource and am finally trying to do my part and contribute to the knowledge base here. Bike is a '72 750 that's been in the family since 74. I acquired it in 2012 and brought it back from a 30+ year slumber in my Grandma's house. Been riding the wheels off her ever since. Love these old Hondas. It's the only vehicle I have that hasn't left me stranded, and is by far the oldest one I own!

Sorry for the delay in responding, been a busy past few weeks for me.

Yes, I did restore it myself. Tank and side cover paint is original, and I've restored, painted, or replaced just about everything else. I've had in on the road for about three years. Been a sort of ever evolving project with upgrades and fixing little things along the way. Pretty much just general maintenance at this point.

Honda dog, thanks for the invite. I'm just north of new haven so I'm not far from there. I'll have to make it out before the cold sets in
