JD / Nova should have them for sale after the Classic TT at the end of August. I will find out from John about pricing.

One more for the family album. A bit of naked clutch plate action.

Looks very well engineered. I hope it works right out of the box & offers up a couple extra ponies.

Is this designed to work with the Nova 6spd, how many teeth on the mainshaft?

Yes, it is designed to work with the Nova 6 speed as that is the transmission used by Davies Motorsport. But I need to check whether it ONLY works with the Nova transmission or whether it could be used with a standard box too.

I doubt it will work with a standard gearbox then. I imagine it will have at least one extra tooth on the mainshaft.

A few shots of the engine, with dry clutch, installed back in the bike. Looks like a dyno run on Tuesday, so I will post some info.from that once complete. The bike was started and run up today and all was good, bar a lack any significant rattle with the plates disengaged!

Final report after fitment and prior to racing. The clutch performed without fault at the dyno. No leaks, no weeps and no breakages. The bike was running silenced and hence very rich, so power readings were well down on their potential. Bike is not at the fabricators having new open meggas made for the Classic TT. I will get a video off JD of it running the dry clutch. There is a meeting at Donington prior to the IoM so we will see how it holds up in race conditions. The initial signs look good.

Update.
Dry Clutch 500/4 run in practice at Donington CRMC meeting today. Alan Oversby very pleased with positive action of new clutch and did 10 laps with no problems. Bodes well for Classic TT.

So sick. Regarding a conversion on a 750, besides the gorgeous outer cover, what else would be involved? Obviously a clutch pack designed to run try, blockage of oil passages to that part of the motor, etc. Im just curious how many different modifications were involved.

Voxonda made one for an SOHC 750.  He'd know what worked / didn't.  A DOHC Honda would use the RSC set-up.

One final.post before the Classic TT starts. William Dunlop's 500/4 all ready for loading up and transporting to the Isle of Man. First practice for William & Alan is Monday evening and I will start a new thread to keep anyone interested up to date with their progress.
140mph through the speed trap and a 110+mph lap anyone?
