Thanks ;)

Currently I am doing so much work on the bike and on my job. I dont have to much time to post updated. And also I want to keep some things secret until I finish the bike.

I think I am at 80% of the build. So I hope At the and of January to be somewhere.

Just one thing. Special thanks to Yossef(turboguzzi) for finding me a metalshaper near Milano.

The only thing left for thinking is exhaust. I really dont like solutions you can buy. I originally wanted to make something similar to what Autofabrica made but they made it :)

Just small portion of things done... I cant post more for now

Amazing.

The control parts (clip ons, levers, perches, trees) look beautiful assembled.  The fender is elegant.  Are the two splines joining the fender to the wheel carbon fiber or metal?

Also, it looks like the aluminum gas tank is finished?

Yes I redesigned front fender. Now it is made from top and 2 lower parts. It is easier to print and it is better fit between brakes and forks. Yes it is carbon bars joining 3 parts together ;) There are two stainless plates glued to lower 2  parts. This stainless plates protect plastic from heat and also give some structural stiffness.

Than, tail and light are finished :) brushed al. But I will redo finish

Outstanding!  Yes, let's see some photos of the tank and seat.  Based on the models you previously made, I bet these parts look spectacular.

This is a next step. And maybe somebody can help me. Does anybody have exact measurements of exhaust port openings location regarding the frame. I took some measurements(you can see in pictures) and I think they are not good

Wouldn't it be easier to measure the ports with an overall width, then center-to-center spacing, and use the steering neck as a centerline and equally spaced based off that axis? That should land each port in its proper position relative to the frame.

you are reading my mind ;) This is what I tied but if you think about it there are angles measurement involved... Ports openings are angled in 2 axes compared to top surface of the head. But maybe I can stick straight 35mm tube in to a port and then measure closer to neck axes...

I managed to measure exhaust port positions relative to frame(with  good precision I hope)

One question regarding the muffler exit position before I send exhaust tubes for bending. I am still questioning position of mufflers relative to  chain and rear tire. I am afraid that vapor and heat will have bad impact on chain and tire. Any opinions ?

That shouldn't be an issue given that while riding, wind will take the exhaust gas straight away. Only while sitting and idling will the chain be subjected to heat radiating from the exhaust. I don't expect you're planning on sitting traffic too much  ;)

;) Exactly the issue is while idling... And I am more concerned with water vapor then heat. As we now more then half of product from gas combustion is water vapor

I don't expect you'll have an issue. Proper maintenance of your chain (lubing and tensioning) will alert you to any issues developing. I see lots of exhausts exiting near chains and tires and don't hear reports of premature wear as a result.

Yeah but modern chain lubes are great. I don't think that will be an issue at all. If you use a standard RK black chain you'll probably have a bit of rust residue anyway just because that's what they do.

Seriously, push that program through a 3D printer and make 1/10th scale models for us?

I designed pipes so they can be fitted with
1.375" ID
1.375"x2.88"x8.50"L
2.88"x 1.375"x 2.0"L
12" OAL. MS perforated core w/SS wool wrap.
MC-1375-12-SS

coneeng mufflers. They are really expensive. 100$ per muffler. They are straight cores.... I would like baffled version and cheaper
