It goes directly to CNC tube bending. There is no need for mid steps ;)

That's quite the process! Very cool

I'm thinking longer would be better.
Perhaps You could have the pipes made longer, then cut them down later if desired ?

+1, The exhaust will not hurt the chain or tire but I think you will be losing some low and mid range  with them that short.
If it works good, it looks good...

Some things need to be sacrificed for the looks ;) I have an idea how to connect all for pipes to get something like 4-2-1 maybe that would help

CNC bending....man I'm a mile behind on all the cool processes happening. The pipes look cool indeed and I appreciate how well they're tucked up for clearance, nice work. This from a guy that builds trial & error by eye!

However while you're "on the drawing board" have you added more length with some gentle curve on the muffler end to see how that looks? Still tightly tucked in of course!  8)  A nice 4-2-1 would surely be cool as well. Keep up the good work.

I am using this "new" tools because I am lazy ;) and it is relatively cheap.... And it is cleaner... siting in front of screen ;)

But i am pretty sure that original pipes or part of pipes have been bent on NC(numerically controlled) tube benders... Old technology..

Thanks to all who help clear muffler position doubts...

I gained some pipe length in front. At front of the frame pipe is really curved... I will still decide should I connect all 4 pipes somehow. I have an idea and it is easy to do... Of corse it will not be visible ;)

When you say "Connect all 4 pipes" is that as in brackets? or crossover pipes?

Nop. old rs34 go in ;)
"Old"?  ;) ;D  Those RS34s are pretty awesome.  I was planning to use them on my 750 build until I put my 550/650 build in front of it.  They are a little bit of a pain to get onto the rubber manifolds.

Beautifully tasteful, Mirko.  Thanks for letting us know it is complete, and congratulations on getting it published on BE.  This is such a refined build.

As I recall, you are using a Wiseco 836 kit, vapor-blasted crankcases, lighted crank and flywheel, upgraded charging system, head ported/polished by _______, ________ cam, custom primary and cam chain tensioners, Mikuni RS34 carburetors, Custom 4-1 air filter/box.
Any other engine mods?
Are you using the Anders 32AMP charging system or something else?

Custom fender, headlight assembly, triple trees, clip-ons, fuel tank, seat/oil tank, rearset brackets, exhaust headers/exhaust megaphone tips, swingarm and rebuilt monoshock, forks (GSXR forks detabbed), front hub, adapted KTM rear wheel, front/rear chain sprockets

Are you printing the cam chain tensioners?   :D

This is definitely BOTM material.  If Shortround doesn't accept the pending nomination, maybe he and Mirko should go up against one another next month (since we already have 3 bikes up for nominations for February BOTM).  Or not. If someone nominates and seconds Mirko this month for February, then so be it!
