I will be changing everything over to LED except the headlight since these charging systems aren't that strong. The question is since the stock blinker relay wont flash with LED's will something like this work?

Yes it will red will be power in green will be to the lights and just ground black to the frame

Yes, you will need a digital flash relay.

They also sell them that are a direct swap in for a standard flasher module
