1969 CB750 Basket Case Going To Estate Sale
« on: July 22, 2015, 06:14:44 PM »
We will end up liquidating most of my brothers property in an Estate Sale in Palmdale Ca. in Sept.
One of the items is his Sand Cast CB750 that he has owned for over 40 years. It broke the drive chain and broke the case, this was a big issue back then. He disassembled the bike and had the case repair welded up and never went forward with it. I'll keep the forum posted as to the date so anyone in the area that's interested can participate. There is also a 1975 Moto Guzzi Ca. II in the mix of Ferrari, Jaguar, BMW, Alfa, Lotus, etc. projects that he has.

Not sure if you are the executor...but why not just throw out a price,  and let the forum guys have a crack at it..

I'm local, keep me posted, I would show up to see what it goes for, or try and bring it home.

I have no idea what it's worth. My brother is executor but my Mom is still in charge.

This would be the place to sell it if it didn't stay in the family. ;)

Moms seem to be able to do those sort of things. Sibling executors can cause problems, hopefully you are tight with your brother.

I'm pretty tight with him. He can't do anything but what my mom wants done. If mom dies he can't vary from her written requests. He is living on borrowed time himself. He was a hardcore narcotic addict for 15years and battled Non Hodgkins Lymphoma for the last 2 years and it took a toll on his body.
