Topic: tail lights do not Blink, left indicator lilght always on

  I have 1977 CB750A bike, and the tail lights won't blink and left indicator light always on in the dashpot. I need help to diagnose this problem and want to make sure no shorts on the wiring.(previous harness got melted and almost caught on fire, so I replaced that one with a used one. now main fuse red wire get heat up when engine is running. for head lights i'm using 10A fuse.) bike start up right away, no problems. thanks in advance

I assume you mean the turn signals in back don,t blink. when the left turn indicator is always on that usually means you lost a ground somewhere and it is backfeeding through that light to find a ground.electrical problems suck but take your time and check 1 circuit at a time you will figure it out.just have patients
