Rejetting Advice
« on: July 31, 2015, 07:30:12 PM »
My search attempts were not yielding the results I was looking for so I apologize if I missed this elsewhere.  I'm looking to switch from stock 4-4 pipes to a Mac 4-1 system.  My stock pipes are pretty shot, and the Mac 4-1 seems like my best option at my price point.  I'm open to other suggestions, but for the sake of discussion, it'll be a Mac.  I know this will affect the back pressure on the bike, and the 78's run lean as it is.  So what jet adjustments should I be looking into?

Here's what I got...

78'  550K
.5mm overbore
PD46 carbs
stock airbox

Thanks

I would just go up one jet size on the mains. Check your plugs after that.
