For mock up purposes, yes. Final assembly will include a TTR400 swingarm from a well-known forum member (as soon as he is finished using it).

People are really going to have difficulty figuring this bike out at first glance:
550 frame
650 engine
GSXR forks
750SS gas tank
TTR400 swingarm
750SS rear disc brake

I am on the fence as to whether I want to use the Motolanna seat (since it appears to follow the slightly curved rails of the 550 frame)

Or maybe hijack the aluminum seat my buddy Ian made me for my 750

I say go with the Motolanna. I like something a little more curvy.

Yeah, Sam, I am still leaning that way for now.  It also depends on how well the electronics pan hides everything.

Yes, do something different Don, otherwise it will just look like the 750, F tank and same tail.... ;)

Design of Ian's seat goes together with f tank. Designs match

I like the shape of the Motolanna seat but I am not a huge fan of the vinyl.  The shape of the seat, follows the 550 frame rails closer, and as Mick pointed out, I have done that tank/seat combo previously on my other 750.

Maybe I'll re-upholster the Motolanna seat down the road.
