Hello CB650ers! I recently purchased my buddies 1980 CB650C, it hadnt ran in a couple years, so I did the valve timing, checked the air/oil filter and changed the oil. After a little while the bike started having a hard time running at idle and would die after a few cycles through each cylinder at idle... I took the alternator cover off and about an inch worth of crud and shyte from the alternator rotor fell out... so i'm thinking thats the problem, I have to check the charging system with a multimeter still. My other, bigger issue is the front brake is leaking fluid like crazy, I took it apart and there is a lot of surface corrosion on the housing, and the piston isnt too hot either, they are beyond serviceability. So my question is: Does anyone around here know of a supplier that would have a front brake for my bike, OEM or otherwise? Also does anyone else have recommendations for things to do to make sure the bike is in tip top shape?

Thanks!
