I need some parts for my little Honda and can't seem to find any salvage yards that deal w/ small cc Japanese cycles.. I've gone on ebay mainly and found what I need for the past yr. but lately what I need isn't there and would sure like to get connected w/ a few different places that don't 'shy away' from small bikes.

Have you checked out Classic Scooter Parts in Anaheim, Ca.? They are also on eBay under the same name so you may have run across their online inventory already but you could give them a call and see if they have something you need that isn't listed. Good luck! Rick.

Thanks rick,I tried calling them but their phone just gives a very fast 'busy type sound',I suspect they're out of business.

The eBay store lists a phone number. IDK if you tried this one but it's 408-417-5296, its kinda weird because that's an area code for San Jose, not Anaheim. Could be a cell phone. Anyway, just thought I'd share that too if you wanted to try. Rick.

You're in Pittsburgh, but you might try Bent Bike in Lynnwood Washington.  They have pretty much every Japanese bike ever made since 1975 - slowly rotting on the shelves for lack of inventory control.  But they have decent prices and like it or not they are the only real game in my neck of the woods.

I'll give'em a call tomorrow;will a google search yield contact info like a working ph.#? I've been striking out all day looking for a fuel tank and a carb.  Thanks Rob.

Google should turn them up.  Bent Bike Lynnwood.

No guarentees that you'll strike gold, but no harm no foul.  There are actually 2 Bent Bikes - Lynnwood and Auburn.  Either might have what you need, although the Lynnwood store is far larger.

That's good to have a choice of 2 places, one of them might have the parts.

Auction in Iowa in Sept on a honda dealer who shuttered doors 20 years ago with bikes and all being auctioned.

How about a few more Japanese-only motorcycle salvage yards?I think if I can find the parts out West possibly.. that could work out too; any more M/C salvage yards you know of ?

They have a couple early 70s CL125S in the auction.  Would love to know more about the bikes and the cb500s and cb550 in the auction.

Could be a gold mine of parts.

Event this weekend, somewhat near you and includes a swap meet. Might have what you're looking for, but worth the trip even if they don't.

What I really need is a fuel tank and carburetor and most salvage yards don't have anything for 'small bikes' like the CB125;that's been the case 99% of the time. That causes me to do a Lot of looking and asking to find these two parts.
Please keep the info coming to me here so I can find those parts.I think there are many salvage yards like the member '2strokeTrush' has around Baltimore where they don't do anything w/ the computer.I just have to keep searching...  Thanks for the help
