Fly, you can burn a few cell phone minutes to rattle him. A few of us can travel to where he is if it is needed.  Just because you cannot doesn't mean you cannot give him a tongue lashing.
I see your text messages have made some impact. Good...

Claims he doesn't have the money.  Guess he spent what you sent him. Waiting on check to clear@ bank.
The guy blames it on something else...like someone forced him to spend the $30 & $50 on other things rather than setting aside the cost of shipping.
Lives his life with excuses, rather than admitting he screwed up and already spent everything you sent him.

So how many posts did this a$$hat have? I can't believe people would burn their bridges for so little amount of money!! I have been lucky over the years. I never had a problem on this forum but almost got stiffed on ebay once. It was only $20 for a pair of turn signals and shipping. After 2-3 months the guy's mom reaches me and said he got locked up so she sent me a money order. If he doesn't have the cash....where are the parts? Maybe there never was any.

If you used a credit card with PayPal you can void the transaction. Paypal will not play with the CC companies and reverse it on the spot.

He got indignant about me telling him he was reachable and Steve and Dan might want "interest" for the grief he has caused.  He told me to mind my own business & if I come arrive after 6 so he would be there...
At least he has a little spine.
Could be a twig...

Guess he was able to find some money to cover it after we talked via txt as he then indicated such and he was going to ship today.

Shall we render his phone useless anyway? He deserves a good blanket party.

I received a text last night that he was going to attempt to ship today.........lol, I can only attribute that to the fact that raf122s had just texted him.

Have you ever heard "The checks in the mail" line before?  :o That's what you just got from him.
