Craig Vetter of fairing fame hurt in accident.

Slight turn of events regarding the progess of my friend Craig Vetter after his motorcycle vs deer incident a few days ago in California. Here is Carol's report to share:
"The last two days have been very difficult. After such a great day Wednesday, Thursday was a disaster. By the end of the day, I was told they wanted to surgically remove blood that had formed around Craig's lungs and was impairing his breathing. I was not even aware that his breathing was impaired.
When I got home I called three Dr. friends to discuss the situation. They all were so kind and helpful and before I went to bed I felt the operation was the right thing to do. They took him down this morning at 10:30 and he was out by 1:30. It all went well, except the ventilator tube is back in his throat which he is not going to be happy about. His anesthesiologist looks like he is 17.
Craig has not come out of the anesthesiology yet. He is down getting a CT scan and should feel much better when he wakes up. Personally, I hope he sleeps through the night. That's what I want to do. I feel like are starting over again, but it's all uphill from here. I praise God for his faithfulness."
