If your bike has 0 miles, and with that much carbon deposit, then I'd worry.

It's not good. It's a sign of too much fuel and too weak of a spark to burn the fuel present. Short of pulling the head and having it cleaned professionally, best you can do is get he bike tuned properly, and run some high quality gas and a fuel additive to help de-coke the motor.

Only to have it come right back.  Unless your looking for something to do, pull the head is actually fun and enjoyable experience.  Be ready to "might as well do it while you're there"

And run the #$%* outta it to blow that stuff out.

From the Hondaman post "Things that cause a ratty idle":
#4: carbon buildup on the intake valve guide and stem. When the assembly warms up and the guide opens up, the thing runs OK. Try running BG44K (1 ounce per tank of fuel) for a while, or pull the head to check it out. (Bold is mine.)

BG products are available online. Did a nice job on one of my bikes.

Then do as Jerry Rxman suggested!
