So I've got another question for all you custom parts/fabricated pros out there.
I bought a Legendary Manx TT TANK from a guy on this site, and when i got it i realized this thing is HUG way bigger then i wanted and also just to big for the bike I would need to more in likely get ride of the OME oil tank and relocate the electrics and that's more work on top of the gsxr front end and everything else. i was thinking about going back to the original gas tank again. But before i do that, I wanted to know what you folks have done? is everyone running stock tanks or did you do your own work? has anyone used the Manx TT before? and has anyone done hammered "leg slots" before?
Also with the gsxr front end has anyone had issues with wheel radius?
I'll add photos of the bike before the crash to give a idea of what it looks like and then one of the TT tank with a wood seat i made.
I would also love to also hear from guys that got ride of the whole triangle!! it looks amazing just seems like a #$%* to figure out.
