Automatic Questions
« on: August 31, 2015, 10:15:13 PM »
So my wife is interested in becoming a rider, but hates shifting. So I guess the first question is....would a CM400A be a good "learner" bike? I'm going to get her into a MS coarse first to see if she is serious, then learner bike, and then maybe a 750A for her.

She might like the 400a so much she won't want to upgrade.

That is possible......until I jump on the 750 and leave her behind like a red headed step-child.  ::)

Red heads are underrated! ha,ha,ha

Do you have an auto?  I am wondering how the trans and torque converters hold up?  Say if I had the extra 10 to 15 hp back.

I agree, the 400A is a great bike.  Much lighter than the 750A.  So easy to ride.  I'd bet she'll love it.
