I'm ordering some Hagon shocks for my 1976 CB750F rebuild. Doing sort of a mild cafe. I was on the phone ready to order my shocks, and the nice lady gave me 3 length options which I was not ready for:
1) 335mm (stock)
2) 310 (~1" lower)
3) 361 (~1" higher)
I'm not looking to slam the bike, but I guess I like the idea of it being a little bit lower. I will not be carrying a passenger.
Should I go with the 310? Will this cause any handling issues? Will I have any rubbing / bottoming out issues? Will I need to adjust the front to compensate?
Anyone gone through this and have some guidance for a noob?
Thanks!
