New engines still in the crate!  New NOS gas tanks too.  This is sure to attract a whale or two.

With all that stuff I wouldn't have enough $ to compete with the big spenders that will likely show up.

When I was much younger I went to auctions often. I got lucky occasionally. It was always tough competition, all you could ever hope for was rain and freezing cold to drive some away. I saw one guy buy a whole flatbed of motorcycles, how do you compete against guys like that?

Time to find future collectors bikes before the prices will go sky high.
CB750 F2 in really good shape cost almost half than a CB750 K2-K6 here.
The later Honda CB750 twin cam cost even less.
CB750 K6-76  970cc (Earlier 1005cc JMR Billet block on the shelf waiting for a comeback)
CB750 K2-75 Parts assembled to a stock K2

I'm very familiar with that area and used to live 15 minutes from there.  Neat stuff and all I can say is that  all of those parts and complete bikes will be very steep.  I could be wrong, but my experience in that area of Iowa is they want top dollar for everything.  There's a personal car collection and plane collection near by that's neat if nothing pans out for those that attend.

Man you should go and snap some pics for the rest of us dreamers and report back.  Maybe everyone is thinking the same think, can't win why try.  Then you stroll in there and hit the jackpot!
