Will a clutch cable from a 1979 CB750F work on a 1973 CB350F?
« on: September 10, 2015, 01:57:24 PM »
Got my clutch cable in the mail and it is about a foot too long and went to look it up and realized that I ordered the wrong one.  Do you think it will work ok or should I buy a new one?  If so anyone in the market for a NOS 22870-461-000 :)

It may take some kooky routing but I bet it can be made to work.   I have used different lengths out of necessity of wanting to ride now, the only inconvenience was that  it went across the tachometer face, but not such a big deal.

That being said, a whole foot may be hard to squeeze in.
