I would assume that ammo will all fall out it must just be for show, when parking.

I used to carry my 1022 pistol grip rifle on the front o my dirt bike, in eagle county Colorado. I would bring grouse home to eat.

AZ would not have much problem in most places as long as you are not brandishing or trying to drive dui then it is going to compound the issues.

I lived in an apartment complex that I thought was OK but turned out to not be like I thought.  One of my neighbors was from Bisbee and lived above and to the left of my apartment on the ground level.  He and his wife open carried and worked in Tucson. Some of the residents were jerks and some had pit bulls and rotweillers and one guy would take his dog out and not leash it. His dog rushed at my neighbor and he called to thr owner to call the dog off. It did that time but another evening late neighbor was gone to his mailbox and returning the guy with the dog let the dog rush him and he felt threatened and kicked the dog as it closed into personal space. The guy was a real jerk and started in on the neighbor provoking him and calling him names and following him back to his apartment verbally abusive and threatening him.
The police were called and before they arrived he was provoking and pushing the neighbor and the neighbor went into his apartment and then he rested his hand on his pistol on his belt telling the guy to keave him alone and to leave. It was ugly.
Both were evicted because of apartment complex rules.  Guy with dog was about to cross the threshold and push or strike the neighbor and get a gun in the face or a bullet if he pushed it further.  I imagine he was drinking or just a dominating ahole. Neighbor from Bisbee was a quiet guy who didn't do much and was friendly and easy to get along with...

I meant riding, the ticket was for improper signaling aperently I didn't signal long enough be for changing lanes I think it was just them trying to meet quota at the end of the month

Mantree, yeah, I can relate.
  I lived in an Army town in southern Arizona and got pulled over four or five times in a two year span over stupid stuff such as a headlight that blew 3 hours earlier on my way to a friend's place for an evening. I was driving a Ford Crown Victoria. I haven't been bothered since moving away from there. They were ticket happy to generate revenue.
