Riding again, finally
« on: September 13, 2015, 01:24:58 PM »
It was a big day last Friday,  I rode a bike for the first time in over a year!!!  I rode my SV1000S for an hour.  Maybe not the best choice after a back operation.  Very slow and a lot of practicing my braking skills, but very rewarding.  Today I got out my 86 GSXR 750 for a ride.  Much better ride, and a bit more comfortable, it helps that it has very good suspension front and back.

I am NOT complaining,  just glad to riding again.

It was even better that some of those first spring day riding in the past.
Maybe the CB750 later this week!

that is great news Steve...I can identify with how you feel as the weather here has been too bad to ride during winter the last few years.  Glad your killer bikes are not gonna be sitting around...I would love some pics of the GSXR.

Thanks for the replies,  I rode maybe 120 miles so far.  Got to get my body back into riding shape.  Not sure when the 300 mile days will come, but I am hopeful.
