Rebuilding Crankcase (enigma)

Hello everyone, I'm new in the "neighborhood".
I'm start building a cb 550 from 1976 and I have my first problem.
I disassembled the gearbox, I've cleaned everything and  changed some bearing. Once all right, I have placed all the gears in place, I have applied the sealing compound and have joined the two parts of the gearbox.
Without tightening the screws (test) everything is ok but when I tightening the screws, the cranckshaft get stuck.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Possibly your cam chain is binding somewhere?

It is binding at the front of the case.  The top end is off, right?

I will try to explane.
Today I installed only the crankshaft, without primary and cam chain. I put the top and bottom of the cranckase together and install the ten 8 mm bolts.
If I torque exactly 2.3 - 2.5 kg-m, the crankshaft rotates ok but if I press a little more, then get stuck.
This is normal ??
When I disarmed the engine I ignored the order of the position of cranckshaft bearing.
Can this be the problem?
or are they all the samesizes?
I do not have a micrometer

I'm a little scared with this

It matters a lot where the shells go, you will have to start from scratch with the manual and the marked sizes and buy new shells as there is no way to identify the ones you have

Often you can tell the size of your bearing shells by looking at the edge for the color. 4 options: yellow, green, brown or black.

Then reference a manual for reading the codes and getting things back as they should be.

Sometimes I've heard the color is diluted away, but I've always been able to discern it when necessary.
