The gloves pictured were my choices yesterday, the gauntlets are lined, but not effective below 40F for an hour at a time.
 The nitrile, made it bearable..

Glad you found something that worked Frank! 
The riding makes it like being in a XX mph/kmh wind, so wind chill is a factor on the bike.
I may need to try it sometime.

It is a great idea. Keeps the cold air from contacting and drying your skin.
