Hey, posted some more stuff on http://www.motobonita.com including assembly videos of:

1. Kickstarter
2. Transmission
3. Primary Sprocket
4. Shifter Assembly

There are also some intro posts on what tools to buy, what documents to get, etc. for anyone getting started on a SOHC CB750.
