Here are a couple pics of my CB360 I picked up to keep me busy for the weekend.  My goal was to simply get her running.  I managed to do that and then some.

Also those rotted out mufflers weight 8 lbs a piece.  Removing the sissy bar, and crash bars dropped about 25 lbs.
