VJMC - Our Own Ed Morris in Print
« on: October 05, 2015, 01:28:45 PM »
Just got my latest copy of the VJMC mag and was glad to see Rafi's super cool K2 in there. Excellent write up and the pics are awesome. A big salute to you Raf...I am sure you are tired of all the fuss, but that bike and the work you did is amazing. You deserve the fuss  :)

I would have a very hard time parting with that bike, but you have to do what you have to do. He can always do it again.

Its a struggle, its like a poison you can neither spit out nor choke down.

Bumming aside, I'm glad you guys are having fun with it. I was avoiding posting my mugshots online thinking a print mag would actually be less trouble but Johnie proved me wrong  ;D ;D We did talk about the article in my build thread

http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php/topic,126735.msg1736003.html#msg1736003

the idea was to let more people know about these forums and its great members. I'm still really bummed the section on gauges got cut, I had good pix and details about how awesome Marcel and his products are. As for the fuss, so far the only fuss I'm battling is vultures on CL.

Rafi,

I know that you need to sell your K2, but please try as much as possible to hold out for a good price.  There is so much blood, sweat and tears in that build.

Prefect looking bike. Congratulations.

I'd love to, but was hoping for a quick sale at a lower price but no dice :(

Seeing how many freaking vulture calls I've been getting, I might pull the ad and just leave it listed here. Yelled too many times "FFS, either buy the bike or move on you slimy middle-men >:("

@Bobby Thanks!
