Are you talking about the front brake master cylinder, or caliper, or the back brake?

Either way, the only kits that I know of is a master cylinder rebuild kit and a master cylinder reservoir kit. Everything else is piecemeal.

I got a lot of my parts throughwww.newmotorcycleparts.net and www.partsnmore.com.

I got a new caliper piston and an OEM piston seal from ebay. Be careful of the part numbers for the seal; I ordered the wrong one the first time.

I'm talking about the caliper rebuild. I noticed the mc rebuilds are a dime a dozen. I haven't taken apart the caliper yet so for now I just want piston seals. You've purchased these through the websites mentioned above?

There is no caliper rebuild kit. You just replace the rubber bits. If the piston(s) have any pitting, you replace those as well.

While you're at it, replace the hose with stainless steel. Especially if your rubber hose is more than 6 years old. Otherwise you're risking the rubber bulging and providing seriously inferior braking.

That's what I'm looking for is the pistol seals. Maybe I'm just searching the wrong term.

On mine there really wasn't much to the caliper. Piston, seal, caliper, a couple bolts, and the pads. With the part numbers a new seal shouldn't be too hard to find. If not on the sites I mentioned, maybe through your local dealership, other sites, or ebay?

They sure look a lot like the 750 calipers. I would think there have to be kits out there for those bikes. Maybe see if they are the same part #

http://www.partzilla.com/parts/search/Honda/Motorcycle/1979/CB650+A/FRONT+BRAKE+CALIPER/parts.html

Go there. You want to order the following from that list:

8
BOOT
PN 45109-425-003

12
BOOT, CALIPER SHAFT
Use from Frame SN 2016872
PN 45133-425-003

12
BOOT, CALIPER SHAFT
Use up to Frame SN 2016871
PN 45133-413-003

16
SEAL, PISTON
PN 45215-533-043

Pay attention to #12, the Caliper Shaft Boot. You need to make sure it is the correct one for your frame's SN.

Probably an instance of Honda assigning a new part number because of an update to the part design or that it was used in other bikes as well. Get either one and it's with fine I'd imagine.

The first one, 45215-533-004, is the one that fit my bike. When building mine, I found out the European models, despite being the same year and trim, used a different size piston.
