Topic: Candy Gold Paint - Thoughts on Where to Source in Canada?

I'm amending my post as I seem to have run into a brick wall here in Canada.

There seem to be a few options for folks south of the border, (the Canadian border, that is) but not so much for us here in the frozen north. The fellow in Germany as well as Marbles Motors in Texas have both advised they cannot ship internationally.

Other than having something shipped to Noonan, North Daota, and driving down to pick it up there, does anyone have experience sourcing the base and candy here in Canada?

My painter wants to give this a try... from Germany. Seems reasonably priced.

No experience with this product....but before you order you might want to check with customs and see if they will allow this into your country.

Good point. I just checked with the vendor to get a shipping quote. He says he can not ship this to Canada.

I used VMR Paints and they do ship internationally but wow.....starts at 178 bucks. I would follow the earlier poster about checking with a forum member that may be able to help you.
