okay... can ride but still something is wrong.

Emgo pods, 120 main jets, 35 pilot jets, air mix 2 turn out from seated, needles one clip lower from middle of five (richer).. still need choke that can ride normally.. need 125 jets or bigger? needle clips lowest (richest) set?

need to check float level first. I think they are reason to this.. or not. maybe floats are too low that pilot jets can't get fuel enough. that is why have to pull choke, main jet helps pilot jet..

battery empty..offcourse. load... meanwhile loading battery I look wires again. so..wiring diagram on hand.

With full battery and change some wires places works better but still battery goes empty pretty fast. I pressed start button couple of times and it turns engine but suddenly only "bbzzzzz" sound from solenoid.. battery is new but is it dead allready? have to fired up the engine (float level adjust first!) and test how much it's load from engine..

earlier I find out that when bike is running and lights on, front light get more bright when turn revs from engine. I think that power comes straight from stator to front light. I loaded battery (new battery, bought on September, put in bike this spring) and volts shows 10,6.. put ignition on (with lights) volts drop about 6 to 7, and press start witch, volts dropped under 4!!

every power supply is stock only tail light and speedometer is aftermarket parts

with help power started the bike and put RPM.. Volts stands under 8V! F*****k!!!

(new)battery is been in bike only couple months.. maybe batteries could die this fast?

I haven't fix the regulator, only thought that it could be broken.

Good thing is that engine runs great but without lights and starts amazing easy with kickstart

Charge the battery. You have to start out with a fully charged battery. The alternator will not work properly if you do not have 12v (or more) at the battery before starting.

done that.. not work. With full battery it will empty very fast. Need to test today with other motorcycle battery from another bike which working normal. Then is possible to find is it battery dead or my charger just won't load like it should be and I have low battery voltage all time.

weird thing is no matter which rpm is, there is no changes in volts..

holy sh...!  I can't be leave it it works again  8)

I test volts around the bike about an hour and take regulator off and wondering what a hec is wrong with this? I watch pictures on internet and suddenly I got it! There is sticker (black-white-green) on side of regulator and suprise suprise when I'm taken the regulatorcover off before, I've putt the cover back wrong side!! so the colours are opposite..Stupid and funny own mistake at same time.. now I got 14.5V in battery.

 Sorry and thank you

Could be a good time to replace your studs too. And beware, there was a whole batch of junk non-stock cam chain tensioners that were being sold recently. The lesson learned by many members who used them was to spend the few dollars more and buy true, stock Honda tensioners.

Amen to that:

ouch.. I feel pain in my heart...

CMSNL and David Silver is places where I buy stuff for honda.

Other things to do is blast and clean engine all over with soda and paint it better.

When putting engine back in business thank god we have a Hackaweek on youtube. I've watched those clips several times and learn lot of tips, and need to watch couple more time.

okay.. here is the reason why I take engine to the table again and where oil leaks

There is previous owners Einstein idea in cylinder head. They had try to cover those holes with something black silicone or something else s***t. I put loctite in previous time when engine was open but I don't understand how this silicone haven't get off earlier when sodablasted the engine.. Anyways.. Because I need to take cylinder head off, it's better to do bigger service to engine.

So.. need to do this time:
-Cam chain + tensioner
-Primary chains + tensioner
-all seals and gaskets
-sodablast and paint
