Cb750 Final oil guide Part #15621-300-000
« on: August 04, 2023, 11:33:27 am »
I'm guessing that they must of discontinued using this oil guide at some point on the CB750 engines. Curious if anybody could tell me if this is correct and what year would of been the last for it. I don't see anything that would have replaced it, so did they think they didn't need help getting oil to that bearing? Thanks for any input on this subject.

Yes It has been discontinued.
It was on K0-K5. K6 and on the F models the chain oiler was deleted.

Candy Sapphire Blue. A little bit more turquoise than the Yamiya version it has now.

I guess that oiler thing was removed when the chain oiler was not added by Honda. Shaft like K7.

One of the first thing I had to adjust when I bought the bike early 1979  was to turn off chain oiler and remove blinker buzzer.

My engine: CB750E-246947x
Bike imported to Sweden fall 1976. Registered in traffic Oct 15 -76.

Maybe the US K6 could differ some.
