Colleague of mine is building one herself on a trailer, she is a kooky architect from California and 6' tall!

I dont really get it, here in TX, everything is to be bigger!

I asked her why?  She said she hada $500,000 house in Cali and all her money went to it [she's single] and didnt want to do the same in Austin, housing is expensive here]

Is she single?  I am a bit wacky too.

I want to get a box truck w a lift for my cb750 and a fully customized airstream (70s of course).  Heck if I get a box truck I could load the fleet up and sell them in Austin and become a world class nomad. ha, ha,ha

I am so over the rat race and looking to transition to working online and living my dreams.

Send this over to your friend would like to hear what she has to say.

Sorry, she has a boyfriend.

Here's Ann's website, she was a HS welding teacher last year before starting with us!

There is a link to her tiny house blog...

Yeah I hear you check this out.

http://tinyhouseblog.com/yourstory/the-boxtruck-boyz/

Now this is the setup I want with a fully customized 70s airstream in tow and Pap-A-Wheelie in the of back box truck.  I'd go everywhere and do everything I always wanted to do.  Live where ever I want to live, and no longer be apart of the "Frozen Chosen" here in Syracuse.

Want to go the the salt flats no problem!  Mountain I'm there.  Man I am excited.

768 is pretty small already.  I like the 5th wheel.  Where do you park it?

Right now its at my friends house in Hesperia, he has a couple of acres. Need to build one of these for it to take the 750 with me.

Love the extra support wheel on the bike platform!

I cheated on my tiny house too.  20ft Terry Expo Trailer.  Wish the bathroom was bigger but ya get what you pay for!  Came with a built in "helmet shelf"

I am not sure that is cheating it might just be smart!  Some of those tiny houses can be quite pricey.  I wonder how that support wheel does going down the road?  I would be concerned that it could have the shopping cart effect.

Tiny houses can have outrageous price tags depending on how it's built.  But usually they fall somewhere around the price of a pre-owned luxe model trailer, and they're arguably more durable.

If you read Steve-O post $500,000 for a house in Cali $50k in Austin is a bargain!  It is all relative.  Wonder how a welding instructor could afford a $500k house?  From what I have read alot of rich women are into this Tiny House movement.

Maybe I should find a Tiny sugar moma. ha,ha,ha.  Hey baby my house is not the only thing that is tiny.

Does anyone know of a pill that will transform a hairy wookie into a slick hipster?  That would be great.

They are very stable, I have a friend that has one. They also make one with 2 wheels for higher load capacity.

Can you post up a pic of your buddies crib?  Would love to see it.  Any tips for desert living?

The more I read the more I think a 5th, park model or travel trailer is a much, much better option than a Tiny house.  Heck this guy will give me his for just taking over the lot rent!

Looks like rustic living is within reach.

Don't do it. There are not enough water resources to support 1/4 of the population that resides in those places.
