My first road bike was a CB750 K1 Police bike and it had the same speedo as it was used on Australian Police bikes in the early 1970's

Bottom line is still that Honda did not make this bike. If they had they would have made a number of them and one would have been seen before now and documented. Someone had a clever use of an older bike and swapped a bunch of parts onto a CB350 chassis. Quit trying to make it the Holy Grail it isn't.

Hey Deaninkl,
Aduh, menarik.

Motornya memang "one off custom" -- ngak ada penjelasan lain. Saya punya 10-12 CB350F sejak 20 tahun lalu -- motornya favoritku.

These are a couple of pictures I found on the web. I guess the bike is a CB450, but tin wear is very similar to the bike I found. Still not seeing any 350F's with drum brake anywhere though. So maybe a custom as many think.

How many gears are indicated on the speedo...looks like maybe 6 ?

If it is its not off the other police Hondas, and means they made a few of them..

me either, and who really knows what parts bin specials Honda put together for the Malaysian market?...Powderman certainly does not, he seems to have a hard time figuring out his american sandcast despite ample documentation...

that said, I would guess your bike is some sort of custom build...very well done and interesting none the less

I did. Came up as: "Or you could pm the guy" = "I like to whine about things that I don't like". Did I get that translated correctly?

Converse in another language all you want. He was at least polite enough to extend an apology to those who may feel omitted, and made every attempt to include a foreign national. Theres nothing posted about language exclusivity in the FAQ, Airborne, so please do remember its an international world with many languages.

It looks to be a very neat little bike, probably some type of custom assembly to our knowledge, but very cool indeed! You must be delighted with it in your garage, I would be.

OK mystery solved... I think... I met a mechanic friend yesterday who restores old bikes as a hobby, he I'd a big Honda fan and was looking for an old Honda to restore a few years ago. He saw this bike advertised but could never meet up with the seller, then it was a standard 350F, with bits missing.

As soon as her saw it he could see that whoever rebuilt it used Honda 250 Dream (the 305cc bike from yur 60's) front end, tank, mud guards. Indicators have been removed. I would say they did a good and interesting job.

Thanks for all the help.

I wouldn't buy that. To me it looks odd. Lines in all directions. What a contrast to that elegant CB77!   Seat looks poor .

If the price was right Id buy it! I wouldn't buy a vega wagon stock but if it had a 4 spd 427 it would get my attn.!

Useless car, engine would be so heavy you wouldn't be able to make a turn safely at any speed. You would need a full reinforced chassis or the power of the 427 would twist the frame in two. Big block transplants were never popular in a Vega. Modern 6 cylinders are a much better option than any small block V8 was back then.

Yeah my neighbors blown big block Vega never made it into Road and Track for its handling...

But it sure kicked ass at the drags and on the streetracing scene...
