Fixed that.  Now, I'm only lacking photos for SohRon's and stilltime's bikes.

I ended up posting a lot more photos in the BOTM thread.  Or perhaps I could send you some of the finished setup?  Here are a couple, feel free to delete them from this post if need be.

Beautiful bikes, guys!!

These machines are ALL so great for so many different reasons.  Such a great reflection of the owners skills and tastes.  Great work everyone!

BOTY represents the best of the best and it's never easy to choose from such an elite group of winners.
Congrats to all of you. Now the real voter work begins.

There are many on the list that I really love, but if I can only pick one to have next to mine in the garage, then that one got my vote ;)

It's fair for the BOTY mod to post a 'VOTE!" thread in all the main threads.  Think Sam did it once before, and it got out the vote.

hahaha, yes Brian, that was when I was working and had plenty of time on my hands. hahahaha.
I had a job where I had the time to push the voting in all the other forums, putting out reminders.
With the way I am now, it takes me next to all day to remember to turn on the computer, hahahaha.

I have no plans on winning this BOTY this time around.  Too many great restorations, I am honored to be in the mix with so many beautiful bikes.  Excellent work to all the builders of ALL bikes nominated for BOTM and BOTY, you are an inspiration to all and a valuable resource to other builders.

Here is how I got the K1 a few years back for $600, true basket case, wasn't sure I would be able to bring it back from the dead...

I am really proud to say I saved this JDM K1 that was left for dead...

The first day or so, it was a dead heat between SohRon and Rafi.  Rafi was like (I hate to use this comparison) Jorge Lorenzo and consistently earned votes like a metronome.

I was honored to have my little stock-ish 550 included in this great collection of motorcycles this year.  The restorations this year were truly amazing (as to the meticulous attention to detail), and the wealth of knowledge (and inspiration) they provided to 750 and 550 members executing their own builds.  Honorable mentions go out to Lisa for her well-traveled "Dash", and to Sam and stilltime for their updated classics.  Sam, I still can't wait to ride with you, as it looks you have completed your shake-down of Helen.

Thanks to all of our members for taking the time to recognize the efforts of the owners and to vote in the BOTMs and the BOTY!

"There are some things nobody needs in this world, and a bright-red, hunch-back, warp-speed 900cc cafe racer is one of them — but I want one anyway, and on some days I actually believe I need one....
