How did you press the upper wheel in place? Hydraulic press, vise....?

BILL MWS: I know that the 400 matic needs the right gear set up or it lays over and turns the motor off before 1320', shifting at 7100 rpms. Bring all your gears F&R and watch your shift light. I will bring a extra shift light set up in case of a failure = got 3 new DYNA'S in boxes.

Definitely need a hydraulic press and you have to be careful. I have done several of these already for myself, Bill, and Russ.

It is,but works for a ZX 10! Came off a 90-92 one. Sprockets due in tomorrow. Got a offset 17 up front, a 50, 52 and 54 coming from Sprocket Specialists. Then Vortex making me some also. Gotta stiffen front end, build engine, swap motors, plumb brakes, oh and a couple little things like mount REV LIMITER,  hehe, lots to do by Thursday morning!  Bill  Oh, rear shocks also.Its,still early and I'm tired. ...caliper and M/C off the ZX10, rotor by Andy at DME! Lol.

Did you have any trouble getting that offset sprocket on? I could get mine on alright but I just didn't have enough room to get the retaining ring on. I may have to mill the center of it down a bit. It fit fine on the manual trans engine though.
