Boy thats hard. I wish  I had the time to make my bike look that good. After a few minutes of drooling I finally went with mikes ride though.

ILbikes, too clean, too classic, had to vote for ya!  Sparty has one of the nicest looking cafe's I have seen, but I had to vote for ILbikes because it looks so pure.   ;)

Guys, I certainly appreciate the compliments on the K4. I enjoyed every part of the rebuild and want to do another one soon. I've got a 1972 TC125 Prospector dual-range I want to do next since I've got almost all of the NOS parts for it.

It's been said here, there are no losers. These bikes are just so darn reliable and everyone knows them. I haven't been anywhere that people did not say "I had one , or I knew someone who had one".

Thanks for the votes and I'm honored to be among this company. I voted for Rick's because he can take 100% credit for it's current condition. I got lucky and found a bike that hadn't been wrecked for a good price. $8,000 and 200 hours later this is the result. Not quite the million-dollar piece, but I'm very happy about the decission and the journey - then again the destination ain't bad - I love riding this one.

Again thanks to all who contribute here. Thanks for the information and enthusiasm. This is the best damn hobby on the planet!!

Regards,
Gordon (I love bikes)

Gordon & Gordon? Sounds like some kind of Nepotism! Ha!Ha! ;D ;D Just Kidding Guys.

On another note, as far as the bikes go, they all are fine examples of the SOHC crew.
We can all appreciate the craftsmanship and ingenuity that has gone into them but, I gotta tell
you, I am also attracted to the fine lines of 6pk's 750F and ya gotta admit that it is a classic
            beauty.

I tip my cap to the people on this forum who gave me a nod for this month’s BOTM nomination and the votes that followed.  With the help of so many forum members, you helped make my bike a success with all of your advice and tech help.  I was a newbie in May when I got the bike.  I knew nothing about the classic CB.  Therefore, I sought insight from the forum and discovered, in the process, a passionate and damn friendly group of guys.  Again, thanks for the pat on the back.

By the way, my ’72 CB750K2 836cc looks even better in person.

I live in Happy Valley... other wise known as State College PA home of the Penn State Nittany Lions to all who visit the area.  I wish I lived in a warmer climate, because I'd be on my bike instead of sitting at my computer.  I'd let ya ride my bike if you promised not to drool on the controls and keep the front wheel on the tarmac.

Wait until you see my bike with the new engine I'll have built over the winter.  Come spring, it should be sporting near 90 HP at the rear wheel. :o
