working on friends 1974 CB750 has not run in 13 years. 95 percent of the oil was in the sump. if i just change the oil will this wet sumping resolve itself or do i have to clean those caps on the filter? the one with the 14 mm cap i took off and cleaned it. the other one (toward the front of the pump i could not loosen the screws. any ideas thanks
